What if it doesn’t help?

Do you need admin access to my store?
Collaborator access through Shopify’s own flow. We never ask for passwords.
Is the audit score official?
No. It’s our proprietary heuristic built on live responses from your store’s MCP, catalog, and schema endpoints. Shopify publishes no official score — anyone claiming otherwise is guessing too.
